BrownStone Community Healthcare Centers in GA, LLC (BrownStoneCHC) was established to expand access to quality behavioral healthcare for underserved and culturally sensitive communities across Georgia. BrownStoneCHC currently provides tele-therapy, intake coordination, and outpatient behavioral health services, while advancing a phased expansion model designed to improve access to care in exurban, rural, and provider-scarce communities.

Our care model is grounded in accessibility, compassion, and practical service delivery. BrownStoneCHC is building a healthcare platform designed to begin with tele-therapy and outpatient behavioral health, expand into Integrated Behavioral Health / Urgent Care (IBH/UCC), and eventually broaden into mobile health, rehabilitation, and VACC-aligned services through phased implementation.
